About Us
Parijat Yuvak Samiti is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to empowering rural communities through education, skill development, livelihood promotion, and social welfare initiatives.
Established on 18 August 1989 and officially registered on 14 June 1990, the organization has been serving society for more than three decades. Since its inception, Parijat Yuvak Samiti has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life of rural youth, women, and underprivileged communities by creating opportunities for learning, employment, and self-reliance.
The organization believes that sustainable development begins with empowering individuals through knowledge, skills, and equal opportunities. With a strong grassroots presence, Parijat Yuvak Samiti actively collaborates with government agencies, community stakeholders, and development partners to implement impactful programs across various sectors.

The organization works in the fields of skill development, youth empowerment, rural development, women empowerment, education, livelihood promotion, and social welfare. Through government-supported initiatives such as DDU-GKY and UPSDM, we empower rural youth with skills, employment opportunities, and the confidence to build a better future.
What We Do
Providing industry-oriented vocational training and employment-linked skill programs that prepare rural youth for meaningful careers and sustainable livelihoods.
Implementing the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) to equip rural youth with market-driven skills and facilitate placement opportunities across various industries.
Supporting the objectives of the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) by delivering quality skill training and career development programs.
Promoting education, career guidance, digital literacy, personality development, and leadership skills among young people.
Encouraging economic independence and social participation of women through skill training, awareness programs, and livelihood initiatives.
Working towards holistic rural development through community participation, awareness campaigns, and sustainable development practices.
Creating pathways for employment, entrepreneurship, self-employment, and income-generation opportunities.
Conducting awareness programs on health, education, sanitation, environmental protection, child rights, gender equality, and social welfare.
